Marble Arcade Mania collects no personal data, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no usage information. It makes no network requests. It has no accounts. It tracks nothing.

No analytics, crash reports, telemetry, or usage statistics
No location data
No photos, contacts, calendar, microphone, or any other system data
No advertising. No third-party SDKs. No tracking pixels.

What is stored on your device

The only data the app keeps is your high score, your mute preference, and standard iOS app state. All of this is stored locally on your device, in the app's private container, and is never transmitted anywhere. Deleting the app erases this data permanently.

Network use

The app makes no network requests of any kind. It works fully offline.

Children

The app is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no information from anyone, the app is in compliance with COPPA, GDPR, CCPA, and other children's privacy regulations by virtue of collecting nothing in the first place.

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new revision date.
